Our office provides comprehensive family law services in Lycoming County and the surrounding areas. Located in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, our attorneys practice in Lycoming, Clinton, Tioga, Union and Snyder Counties. However, we can draft custody and divorce agreements and assist with uncontested divorces anywhere in Pennsylvania. Our attorneys have over 30 years of combined experience. Our practice focuses solely on family law so that we dedicate our expertise to divorce, custody, support, adoption and related issues.

Melody L. Protasio
Partner / Attorney
Melody is a native of Lycoming County and a 1996 graduate from South Williamsport Area High School. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in English, graduating cum laude, from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She attended Duquesne University School of Law where she was a member of Law Review. She was also the recipient of both the CALI Award for Excellence in Family Law and the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers award for excellence in Family Law. Melody graduated and passed the bar in 2005. After spending a couple years practicing in a civil litigation firm in Pittsburgh, Melody returned to her roots in Lycoming County in 2007 and has been practicing locally since then with a primary focus on Family Law. She has successfully litigated two adoption cases to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Trisha Jasper
Partner / Attorney
Trisha is a native of Lycoming County and a graduate of the Williamsport Area High School. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. She attended Widener University School of Law (Widener University, Commonwealth Law School) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Trisha was also a recipient of the Outstanding Service Award. Trisha graduated and passed the bar in 2007. She served as a law clerk to President Judge Nancy L. Butts in Lycoming County and as a Public Defender, before entering private practice in 2012. Trisha primarily focuses on the areas of Family law and Dependency Law.
